My perfect person - François, the 27 yr old who stayed with me for a few years, and had to go back to Europe. I stay up late, get up late, he the opposite during week, sometimes we hung out and I just spent a month with him in Paris. He was kind, honest, really smart, funny, un-Corporate, good politics, and LOW MAINTENANCE - got along with all my friends, and me his. I don't give a crap about age - pretty much everyone who stays here are in their 20's, which I was a while back.
Length of stay depending on what your needs are, & if it works between us.
BLM!
Thanks for looking.
One of the early artists in the barely populated, unknown wilderness of this hood. We tenants bought bldg, She/Her. Birthday August 9th if that means anything to you.
Retired alternative type performer, 1st woman to have HBO hour comedy special, 1990.
Decidedly non-traditional, outgoing, funny and hospitable progressive New York City broad. Night person. Still on performer body clock. I can be loud, don't always want silent air, have music on often, eclectic taste, but am respectful of other's needs. Some folks staying with me were studying for the bar exam, the MCATs, or had heavy day jobs, and it worked out beautifully.
Vacuum and kitchen/bathroom cleaning a lot. Participation necessary.
No background or credit or FBI, CIA, IRS, or IQ tests. We can meet here at a mutually convenient time, and decide based on if we both think it'd work out.
