About This Lister
Hi, I'm Willow. (she/her). I am the owner, landlord, and property manager of The Cottage, and I will be your neighbor. I live in a home at the foot of the hill atop which will be your new home. We will share a driveway, dumpster, deer, and wild turkeys.

Term: minimum six-month lease; ideally, one year. Then month-to-month.
Secure the place with:

Pets Policy
If you have a pet, additional monthly rent will be required to cover anticipated pet wear and tear. Pet rent amount will depend on the type and number of pets.
Tenant is required to provide proof of renter’s insurance policy that includes animal liability coverage (to include coverage for bites, property damage caused by pets, guest injuries, etc.)
Also required: signing a pet addendum to the lease that will state:
• Tenant pays for all pet damage
• Must clean carpets, repair scratches, etc.
• Professional-grade cleanup upon move-out
• Pets must be controlled, no nuisance allowed
