One bedroom apartment in east Hollywood within one block of metro station B Line at Vermont and Santa Monica.

The apartment is walkable to several grocery stores and barnsdall park. Silverlake, Los Feliz and Virgil Village are 10-15 min easy walks where there are many restaurants and coffee shops.

The apartment is furnished with a small sitting area in living room and a desk for home office. The kitchen has a small table for 1-3 people dining. The bedroom is very comfortable and is furnished with a queen bed with Casper mattress and television with Apple TV.

The apartment has WIFI and is on the second floor of a small, two-story building. There are only six units in the building. No tenants are above only below. The apartment gets quite a bit of light but has trees in front of the building providing ample privacy.

A couple of items to note:
There is street parking only. There is no washer and dryer with the unit but a laundromat is one block away.

I would ask that only I contact the super if there is any issues at the apartment during the sublet.

The bathroom has a nice tub for soaking and there is no shortage of hot water.

As you can see from the photos there are lots of plants, and I would prefer a Subletter who would be willing to water plants at least once a week and keep them alive during their stay.

My choice tenant would be quiet, tidy and respectful and be someone who would respect my belongings, keep interactions with other tenants minimal, and not cause disturbances with noise or loud guests.
