Come stay at my super cute 1 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom fully furnished apartment in the Somerset neighborhood of Glendale located centrally between Atwater Village, Glassell Park, and Eagle Rock (all three are 5–7 min. away). The nearest major cross streets are Colorado Blvd. and Verdugo.

My apartment is one of three in a small vintage building in a quiet, clean, walkable neighborhood with many amenities within a short walk or drive. There is a large kitchen, living room, and bedroom, as well as laundry in the apartment. Off-street parking is available (though street parking is easy, too).

Among all the necessities, a spin bike, large screen TV with streaming services (Netflix, HBO Max, Apple TV+, Disney+, Hulu), record player, and dedicated desk space are available for use.

All utilities, including WiFi, are included.

I'm looking for someone clean, conscientious, and quiet to live in my home for the month that I am away, with potential to extend. No pets or smoking please.
