Primary bedroom has a luxe king-sized fourposter bed and a walk in closet.

Second bedroom is typically used as a TV room, but has a queen sized daybed, should a separate sleeping situation be required, as well as an empty dresser and closet.

Living room comes with a desk, decorative faux fireplace, lounge and built in bar cabinet. This room opens up to a lush, plant-filled balcony facing the street that spans the length of the apartment and offers a small outdoor dining area for two.

In the colorful kitchen you'll find a small breakfast nook that includes all of the essentials, including a butcher block countertop, Nespresso coffee machine, soda stream, rice cooker, etc...though it has no dishwasher.

The quartzite dining room table was custom designed and fabricated to seat 8 comfortably.

Coin operated laundry facilities are located two flights down on the bottom floor of the 8-unit building.

This is an eclectic old Hollywood building filled with interesting, creative and welcoming people. It's an enchanting space that’s ideal for an individual or couple looking for an inspiring stay in the heart of one of the country’s most engaging neighborhoods. Typically not a fit for small children or bigger dogs. However small, quiet, house trained dogs are welcome on a case by case basis.
