I'm going out of town for a few months and would love to find someone great to take my spot. Very last minute, so I'm very flexible about dates-- open to anything within July/August/September, just need the place back by October.

It's a beautiful, sun-filled second-floor 2BR with washer/dryer, dishwasher, central air, high-speed wifi, Apple TV, separate sunroom/office and front yard. Downtown views, just a couple of blocks from Echo Park Lake and all the restaurants, coffeeshops and bars down on Sunset.

Main bedroom is furnished with a Queen bed, second bedroom with a Full mattress that can fold to be either bed or couch.
