The apartment is located at 348 Nostrand Avenue in Bedstuy (two blocks from the Bedford-Nostrand G stop, across the city bike station on Nostrand and Greene, and a short 10-12 min walk to the A/C on Nostrand).

The building has a beautiful rooftop overlooking the city's skyline, apart from the apartment's private patio! The unit has a super comfortable social area, a large open kitchen, in-unit washer/dryer, internal A/C and heating system, and access to the building's basement for bike storage. Another plus is we are the apartment's first tenants so everything is new.

The apartment is also close to a bunch of great coffee shops, bars and restaurants including Captain Dan's, Greenberg's Bagels, Clementine's Bakery, Dynaco, Do or Dive, Nostrand Coffee Roaster, Samurai Papa, etc. The apartment is also a block away from Von King Park.

The bedroom shares a bathroom with only one other guest, and comes fully furnished with a Queen-size bed, Nectar mattress, bed linen, shelves, full size mirror, desk, chair, dresser, 50" Sony smart Tv with all the streamers included, and a full size rug. It has has a big closet. Fast internet.
Tv includes: Netflix, HBO, Apple +, Hulu, Prime Tv. Mubi, Criterion Channel & National Theatre at Home. Photos are included.
