Spend the holidays in one of the most unique homes in Lower Manhattan. My partner and I are traveling over Christmas and New Year’s, and we’re opening our entire 2,500 sq ft full-floor loft to a responsible subletter.

About This Lister

We’re an international couple who somehow ended up in a giant pre-war loft in FiDi and are still pinching ourselves about it. I’m Austrian, Thomas is from New Zealand, and we met and lived in Copenhagen the last 13 years before moving to NYC .

During the week we’re early-bird office/gym people, and on weekends you’ll usually find us hosting cozy dinner parties (our kitchen insists on it). I work in design & tech, Thomas is in strategy & advertising, and we both travel a lot for work and family - which is why this magical place is free over Christmas and New Year’s.

We’re tidy, friendly, and take good care of our space and we’re hoping to find someone who will enjoy it just as much as we do.
