Rooms for Rent
I’m currently looking for a roommate to take over the second room in my new 2B/1B apt. You’d be living with me and my very sweet and friendly cat Rosie. I largely work from home as a video producer. I’m looking for a roommate whose respectful, generally clean, and comfortable with cats.
Things to know about the apt:
– Laundry in building
– Storage in basement
– Only six units in the building
– Room is unfurnished
– Run by a management company (so comes with the good and bad side of that)
– Right near Maria Hernandez Park
– L train 6 minute walk away
– Lots of bars and coffee shops near by

I have a a cat who doesn't do well with other animals, so ideally there would be no other pets. But for the right fit we can try to make something work!
