I searched forever to find a space that has this layout. 2 large bedrooms separated by a large common space so that both rooms have privacy. This apartment is a steal in this neighborhood at this price. Short walk to Barclays or the F/G at Bergen and you can go anywhere in the city. The apartment has a great vibe with lots of plants I take care of. There's a back porch attached which is also surprisingly excellent to get some outside time with a nice view of brownstone backyards/trees etc. In unit washer and dryer.

The room is furnished and I have two large closets. There's plenty of space in the closet and I'll make space in the dresser.

The building has an elevator.
Note: In the pictures my room has a desk but the desk is no longer there, there's two end tables on each side of the bed.

Apartment is on Warren street between 3rd and 4th ave.
