I have a garden design and landscaping business here in NYC. During the winter months I close up shop and love to travel, so am looking to sublet my apartment for the entire winter while I am away. (I’d also consider a housing swap in a warm location…) I would be happy to give you a tour of the apartment this fall so that you can make sure you like it. I will be available by phone text or email should any issues arise with the apartment and can send a handyman over the course of your stay should any issues arise.
