On one of the prettiest, tree-lined streets in the city. Right in the heart of North Slope, 5 mins to B/Q trains to Midtown or 2/3 to downtown. Deposit required. Rent includes all utilities, including wifi - there are no additional charges.

As described, the bathroom and kitchen are both small, but the bathroom includes a full shower/tub (behind that very shiny curtain) and the kitchen has a fridge, great stove/oven and probably everything you need but a coffee maker.

Some flexibility on end date - I'm looking for someone to take the apartment for somewhere between 3 - 6 months. Thanks!
