Hi! I am subletting my Park Slope 1 bedroom apartment from August 5th through September 5th (Thursday after Labor Day). Dates are flexible and happy to entertain a shorter time-frame within that but asking minimum 2 weeks. Stays of 3+ weeks include free move-out cleaning & another during the middle of your stay if desired.

Neighborhood: Right off of 5th avenue in Park Slope which was recently written about as one of the worlds coolest streets (not kidding, feel free to Google it as I can’t link out here). You are <5 minute walk to Union St R and a 12 minute walk to Atlantic Terminal which can get you pretty much anywhere in the city. Multiple grocery stores nearby and a 5 min walk from a weekly Sunday farmer’s market. TONS of cool bars, restaurants, cafes, shopping, etc. The world is your oyster

Bedroom: Queen size bed (very comfortable), 2 nightstands, closets, 2 dressers, AC unit w/ remote, desk chair, monitor, and desk that converts to standing desk at touch of a button (no cranks necessary).

Living Room: Comfortable couch, arm chair, and coffee table. Additional seating with stackable mini-stools if you want to have some people over. TV w/ HDMI cable and two homepod minis. I also have Philip Hues lights throughout the home that you can control from your phone.

Kitchen: Stainless steel appliances including dishwasher. I guarantee you’ll have all the tools All the usual amenities, plus table that doubles as dining area and extra counter space. Also an air fryer, blender, toaster, kettle etc.!

Laundry: In basement. Takes coins

Other: The apartment is on the third floor and an easy climb. You can store a bike in the basement but there is bike parking on 5th ave as well.

Rent includes all utilities and wifi. No pets.
