Position Overview:
We’re looking for a **Part-Time Fulfillment Associate** to support our Fulfillment & Operations Teams. This hands-on role is perfect for someone who enjoys making sure the little details are done right. You’ll be an essential part of the team that helps our customers — including independent boutiques, multi-brand retailers, and individual direct-to-consumer customers — receive beautiful, error-free products on time, with clear & prompt communication along the way. This is more than just a warehouse job — it’s an opportunity to join a young, fast-growing brand and be part of building the operational foundation that supports our creative work. What You’ll Do
- **Pick, Pack, and Ship:** Assemble customer orders with care & accuracy
- **Inventory Help:** Restock supplies, count items, and report inventory levels or issues
- **Receive Deliveries:** Assist with unpacking, checking, and storing inbound shipments
- **Keep the Space Tidy:** Maintain a clean and efficient work area
- **Assist with Quality Control:** Spot-check products for damage or defects before they go out the door
- **Data Entry & Management:** Support fulfillment, operations, and finance efforts
- **Contribute to Team Growth:** Bring ideas for improving systems, tools, and processes as Apply scales

- Can lift boxes (up to ~30 lbs) & move around during shifts

- Have prior fulfillment, warehouse, or retail experience
- Have an interest in design, art, or consumer products (a plus!)
Tech & Tools:
We use a range of tools to keep our operations running smoothly. While you don’t need to be an expert on day one, you should be comfortable using or learning:
- **Airtable** – for inventory & operations tracking
- **Shopify** – to manage orders & products
- **Slack** – for team communication
- **Google Sheets / Excel** – for data entry & tracking
- **Faire** – for wholesale order management
- **Shippo** – for shipping label creation & fulfillment
- **Google Drive** – for document management
- **Ramp & Quickbooks** – for invoicing, accounts payable & receivable

- $20/hour, paid biweekly
- Part-time (2/3 days per week, ~6-8 hours)
- Based in our Brooklyn studio (Dumbo)
