My partner and I are moving in with one another, which means I must part ways with my cheap 2-bed dream-loft in Tribeca with my roommate. We've been searching for quite a while and thought to use this.

We're really only looking for a long-term (1+ year) 1 bedroom apartment, either as is or through sublease/lease-transfer; open to roommates if not home often or on separate floors!

Budget: 2400
Move-in: Late July/Early August [Fairly flexible, but ready to move either way!!]

Apartment features:
- 1 bed/1 bath
- Windows and open-ish floor plan/space
- Comfortably fits queen bed + other furniture
- Not on ground/basement level
- 4th floor walk up max before elevator due to health :(
- Nearby laundromat if no laundry

Location: ~45 minute or less commute to Times Square for work.
