- Access to outdoor space like a shared backyard, roof, balcony, or fire escape (a girl can dream!)
- Close to Prospect Park or Fort Greene Park
- Walking distance to cute cafes, restaurants, and bars
- Pet friendly, so my super sweet kitty can join me
- 1-4 Roommates who are clean, considerate, and down to share a bottle of wine sometimes
