I am a production designer who works in film/tv. I will be working in NYC . I am looking for someone responsible, who can be respectful of my space. No parties and no smoking.

I am a renter, and will be the contact should there be any issues while I am gone.

I am flexible with dates on the back end as I'm not entirely sure where I will be headed once the current project ends.
