Easy street parking (and an off-street parking spot may be available). The room has a comfortable LifeKind mattress, organic cotton sheets, Roku TV, armchair and ottoman (new), a desk with a monitor, views of palm trees and redwoods, black-out shades, and a large closet. Deck and yard have multiple spots for coffee/reading/working remotely. The bathroom is spacious and has excellent water pressure. The kitchen is shared and has everything you need to cook - and you have a small living area (now with an Eames lounge chair instead of the couch). I'll be away much of December and 2 weeks in January so you'll have the home to yourself at times.

The neighborhood is a hidden gem and off-the-beaten-track. It hosts creatives, cooperatives, verdant gardens and vintage homes - and really wonderful neighbors. Near Rockridge and Temescal, easy access to the UC Berkeley and San Francisco (one block to the express bus to SF). Don't miss the 4-generation family owned Southern diner with delicious pie, and the Tamale window.
