The space
Your space consists of a bedroom on the garden side with a double bed and your own small private bathroom. You have full use of the living room, kitchen and dining area.

The living room is on the street side and has a smart TV. The bedroom is on the garden side and very quiet. Your bathroom is just across from the bedroom with a shower, a toilet and a small sink.
We install AC units in the summer months.

The kitchen has a full-size fridge, convection hotplates, a Breville smart countertop oven, a toaster, a kettle and various coffee makers. It has everything you need to make your own meals. There is a small table for dining near the window.

The suite is conveniently located at the border of Greenpoint and Williamsburg just a block off McCarren Park. Lots of shopping, plenty of great food options, and only 20 mins away from Manhattan via the L or G trains.

Our house is on a busy corner but very quiet and peaceful inside.
