Hi! I'm looking for a person or couple to sublet my apartment ASAP - dates flexible (I’m currently traveling, so the available dates are suggestions) but one week minimum preferred.

- large 1 bedroom apartment in small, 8-unit building
- ground floor (no stairs to entry)
- private backyard (not that you will need it this winter, but it's quiet!)
- laundry in building basement (coin-operated)
- central heat
**There is a basement as well, however it is mostly for storage. It gets cold down there in the winter!

- fast verizon wifi
- big smart TV
- stocked kitchen! instant pot, coffee grinder, microwave, sodastream, gas stove!
- shower that feels very spa-like
- many many color changing light bulbs
- lots of plants that only require casual watering
- STEPS AWAY from grocery stores
- close to J train/broadway, post office, a regular gym and an MMA gym

$1000/wk or $3600/month, utilities included (pls keep the heat at 72 or lower)

No shoes inside, no smoking anything inside, and no parties - this is my sacred space and I'm looking for someone to treat it with respect and care.
- If you sublet for longer than 2 weeks, there is a probability I will have to pop by and grab some personal items from the apartment. I will do so at your convenience/with communication to arrange a time!
