I am seeking someone for my lovely & spacious 1 bedroom apartment in Berlin's Kreuzberg from early Jan to beginning of April, with a chance to roll onto beginning of May... Feel free to ask what's possible, as my priority is finding the right person.

The rent is $1400 a month all bills inclusive.

My spot is in an amazing location at the quiet end of the popular Wrangelkiez, only one block from the canal and only 5 minutes walk to Oberbaumbrucke and the River Spree. It feels both very well connected and something of an oasis, which I love.

The apartment is a 4th floor walk-up, with lots of beautiful light all day long. It has a big bedroom with two desks for working / writing, and a large lounge. I work from home and it's a lovely place for study and creative work, up in the sky. There's also a small shower / bathroom and cozy lil kitchen. Also laundry in unti - a washing machine only.

Otherwise, the building is mostly very long-term old school Berlin tenants and families, so it's very much not a party situation, but a perfect place for a quiet creative retreat.
