The apartment has three rooms:

A large bedroom with a dedicated workstation

A cozy living room with a standing desk and 4K projector

An acoustically treated music/work studio equipped with 3-way studio monitors, a 32” display, and an 88-key MIDI keyboard. The music studio also contains a loft bed, which functions as a second bedroom.

In addition, the living room includes a full DJ setup with CDJs, turntables, and professional audio equipment.

The apartment is well suited for couples, working professionals, or as a two-person WG (shared apartment).
The kitchen was recently renovated.

The apartment is located on Oranienstraße, in the heart of Kreuzberg 36. Kottbusser Tor (U8/U1) is a 5-minute walk, and the M29 bus stops directly in front of the building. An Edeka supermarket is just 2 minutes away on foot.

A deposit will be collected prior to move-in, and an official sublease agreement will be signed. This is a fully legal sublet. Anmeldung may be possible, though preference is given to tenants who do not require it.

About This Lister

We are a couple in our 30s from Canada & Australia and have been living in this space for 8 years. We love to travel, cook, and David is an avid musician/producer, hence the music studio. We both work from home and the space is well suited for remote work. We've put a lot of love into the home and are looking for a subletter who will treat the space respectfully and enjoy everything the heart of Kreuzberg has to offer!

We have a great relationship with the property owner and our contract specifically allows subleasing. As such, we will sign a simple sublease agreement and collect a small deposit.
