I’m subletting my peaceful 50 sqm apartment near U Senefelderplatz — dates are very flexible and I'm happy to work around the right person.

It’s a quiet two-room flat (+ small kitchen nook and bathroom with bathtub) overlooking a lush garden right on the border of Mitte and Prenzlauer Berg.

There’s a *very* comfortable king-size bed, a few reading and working nooks, and a mildly eccentric art collection. It’s calm, light, and feels like a small refuge in the middle of the city.

The apartment has lots of character and I've lovingly renovated it over the past couple of years, so I'd really like to find someone who is going to treat it with care.

It’s on the third floor (US) behind a separate locked corridor — you’ll be in one of Berlin’s best areas and I’ve never felt uncomfortable walking home at night.

It's not a party flat and not great for hosting, but it'll be a perfect base if you’re looking for somewhere quiet, central and cosy for the winter or to get some writing done.

Unfortunately there is no washing machine, but the laundromat is just one block away.
