Enjoy the summer in one of the best parts of Williamsburg! My 1-bedroom apartment is just a 5-minute bike ride to McCarren or McGolrick Park, 10 minutes to the waterfront, or hop on the subway 2 minutes away and be in Manhattan in 10. Right outside the door, you'll find great restaurants, bars, shops, and the best Japanese hairdresser next door!

The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a quiet, 3-unit building. It's newly renovated and has a great layout: a spacious main room with a couch, desk, plenty of books, and fast WiFi; a kitchen nook with full appliances; and a separate, peaceful bedroom with a Casper mattress. The apartment faces a quiet street, no building right next to it, so you get both a serene vibe and a nice view down the block.

I’ll be visiting family in Europe for about 5-6 weeks this summer, so ideally you can stay the whole time, but open to sublets of at least 3 weeks. Dates are slightly flexible. The place is best suited for one person—sorry, no pets or parties, as the building is quiet. Utilities excluded.
