Looking for community oriented, respectful, loving, and magical being who wants to dwell on our beautiful land in High Falls, NY with their RV / mobile home / airstream. Land resident will have access to home amenities and home office.

We are also looking for to someone renting just the home office for office purposes M-F, 9am-5pm, with access to home amenities. If you're interested in this option please reach out to learn more!

Who you are:
- a lover of land who is interested in conscious living and community oriented
- respectful and attuned to sharing space
- living in a mobile home, with occasional needs for office space use

About the rental:
- you'll park on a plot of land at the end of a long (unpaved) driveway, nestled behind a Barn
- 1 minute walk to the main house
- 2 minute walk to the garden
- $750 per month plus some utilities
- additional land fee (TBD)
- you'll have access to shared kitchen/ bathrooms/laundry/wifi
