A super lively neighbourhood with everything you could possibly need WITHIN the block inc. 24/7 bodegas, Mr Lemon, Pharmacy, laundromat etc etc. a leisurely 5 min stroll from Maria Hernandez Park and incredible local bars, clubs and venues, jazz clubs and restaurants. It is also super convenient if you need to get into Manhattan as its inbetween both the M (Knickerbocker Subway) and the L (Dekalb Subway) , takes 25mins from your doorstep to Union Square. There's also plenty of buses closeby for easy access to anywhere in NYC.

This apartment is massive and you would be sharing the bathroom with only one other person. It's a very secure building with just one other apartment upstairs. The housemates are all in their early 30s and we are house trained, respectful and clean up after ourselves in all communal areas.

The room obviously comes furnished and the monthly sublease is inclusive of internet, water, electricity and heating.

I am wanting a respectful, clean and altruistic person to sublease my space and enjoy the beauty of the neighbourhood whilst I am heading back to Australia to visit family for the month!

Ideally wanting someone that can commit to majority of the timeframe and you would need to secure this with a security deposit of $500 & the full month's rent of $1800.
