I’m subleasing my comfy, cozy room in Brooklyn, close to A/C/G trains. If you or someone you love is interested, send me a DM!

My room offers a queen plush bed, a sofa, desk, chair, shelving units, dresser, clothing rack, air purifier & humidifier, many lamps, fairy lights and plenty of space for storage on top of the loft.

It is nestled within a 4 story brownstone, intentional community in Bed-Stuy between the G and A/C trains. We have a washer and dryer, A/C, video projector + screen, dishwasher, 4 and half bathrooms, a roof and a lovely backyard with a SAUNA and COLD PLUNGE and BBQ and bonfire.

If you are looking to see what living in community is like or love living in community, this is the place! We are not far from Prospect Park, Brooklyn Museum, etc. We do have 1 cat who is friendly, but will not be the sublet's responsibility.

We have a communal food system, which is the most awesome thing ever, with abundant, grade A quality food from the farms.
Dietary restrictions can be accommodated.

This is a community space with core values and although the application is not as thorough for sublets, we’re looking for like-minded individuals who want to share the following core values during their stay:

Sociocracy: Dedication to share power and responsibility as a group. and to create a self sustaining community.
Shared Ownership: Encouraged to improve the space and these improvements are respected and built upon thereafter. Dedication to create a financially owned community.
Communication: Agreement to use Nonviolent Communication practices or equivalent.

About This Lister

I'm a 31yo multidisciplinary artist, actor and producer. I grew up between France and the UK, and I've been calling Brooklyn home for six years now. I'm traveling for August and would like to sublet to someone who feels aligned with the space.

You'll be living with people from all walks of life, ranging from late twenties to early sixties, attuned spaceholders, individuals committed to radical self-discovery and folks who like to live in consideration to one another.
