We’re not crazy about it and don’t adhere to schedules, but generally a person who respects and maintains all shared spaces without having to be asked, and is receptive to discussions about what we all want and need. Somebody who likes to make stuff is preferred: music, art, enticing conversation, etc.

Hoping you’ll come and hang with us until the end of the lease in November + potentially resign the lease together at that point.
