This amazing work space is located inside the Brooklyn Navy Yard. 14 ft high ceilings, 34x23' or 780 square feet. The light is incredible! One window is 10x18feet with a classic East River view and another is 10x5feet. There is a seating area equipped with a leather couch and a sound system. There are ample work tables, a large desk, and a ceiling fan. The space is available for 4 months from June 1 to end of September. Located on the second floor. There is a passenger elevator and a freight elevators. 24 hour access but no living. It's a perfect studio!
