I've ping-ponged the east and west coasts but have now lived in this apartment for over 4 years.

It's hard to fully move away given it's easy access to every train line and being the most walkable place in the city.

My favorite aspects include the sun exposure, easy access to the dozens of neighborhood coffee shops, the West Side Highway less than half-mile away, and the clean building (the building has a roof deck too).
