We're looking to hire someone 8-12hrs bi-weekly or 5-8hrs weekly, depending on the person's schedule. Must be a weekday and daytime but can be very flexible on day and time.
$18hr, first 3 months, $20hr mo3-6, $22hr thereafter - to compensate for elevated value as you become acquainted with our needs.
The hope is that this will be a long term opportunity so we're looking for someone whose lifestyle benefits from this flexibility.
I'd like to hire someone in the next 10 days.
You'll manage our household/life overflow. That can look like errands and house tasks such as mailing docs, doing laundry, putting things away, or meal prepping. It can also look like researching a new household item, installing stuff, fixing a google home flow, etc.
We have a cleaner every other week and you'll also manage instructing them.
Need to Have Skills: We'd like someone organized, detail oriented, and able to learn stuff/deep-dive. We want to be able to give tasks without too much handholding so I'd love our right fit to be someone that takes initiative, does research, and fairly intuitively manages tasks.
Nice to Have: Ability to cook, has done laundry before, has some basic tech skills, ideally an eye for MCM/contemporary/Scandinavian design.
When you reach out please emphasize anything that highlights experience or enthusiasm with/for the above skills.
A traditional cover letter isn't beneficial. But you can add a personal note, if relevant.
A couple doing operations for big companies by day, helping build art stuff by night.
