Seeking a certified and reliable personal trainer to join a team of like-minded individuals. Our studio is all personal training focused (predominately 1-on-1 with some Buddy sessions). No sales quotas or required floor hours. Just awesome trainers providing clients with awesome service in a chill, accepting community.
Qualified candidates should have some prior training experience, be able to work in a team dynamic and be organized and communicative. Open to different skill sets/specializations, so let us know what your focus/background is. We take pride in being an environment in which trainers can build and hone their toolboxes, but being on time and ensuring every single client gets what they need/want is priority.
Client base is mostly general population professionals, parents and busy career sorts. Some passive corrective knowledge is helpful and pre natal/postpartum training is valuable (Park Slope). But we're happy to train up and fill out any gaps in knowledge for the right candidate.
All our trainers offer shifts of availability which we fill in with sessions. We are open Mon-Fri from 6am-9pm and 9am-3pm on Sat/Sun.
Shifts we currently coverage for:
-- Tuesday, Thursday and Fridays from 4pm-9pm
-- Weekends 9am-3pm.

-- Also, one Saturday a month (or every two months depending on availability) we have a meeting from 3-5pm called Fit Council. These are paid continuing education/team building hours to make sure we're all on the same page. Attendance is highly encouraged.
