I'm looking for an individual to share my creative space in Boerum Hill, a few blocks from the Barclays Center. I'm a multidisciplinary artist and this is my hybrid studio: part music production studio and part photography/video studio. It's 475 sqft: half of that is audio/computer/editing/chill space and the other half is open space for shooting, painting, etc. with clean white walls. There is natural light from two large windows (facing north) but it's not abundant.
The space is fully acoustically treated and stocked with premium computer, audio/photo/video equipment. For the right candidate, all of this would be available to use.
It's on the 3rd floor (walkup) of a small building with a few other studios on the floor and two private bathrooms. Overall it's very clean and professional and nice community of people.

I'm looking for a seasoned artist or creative professional to join me on a temp to longterm basis. While it's certainly big enough for two people to work at same time, the goal is to find someone who operates in the space mostly when I'm not there (alternating days, nights, weekends) and we'd figure out a schedule that works for both of us.

This is not a party space and not for groups. Professional individuals only.
Rental range is $1,200-$1800 depending on usage. Really just looking for the right person who can make use of the space with me.
Last but not least: must be comfortable around and love big dogs :)
