The apartment is in a grand pre-war building with doorman and elevators on tree-lined Eastern Parkway.

As for the apartment itself has a large bedroom with a king-sized bed, well appointed kitchen, nice bathroom and a spacious, stylish living room that includes a cozy couch area and dining area. There's a high-end projector for watching TV, a Sonos speakers system, and a Hue lighting system.

The neighborhood is one of the best in the city, with the Brooklyn Museum and Botanical Garden right in front of the building, easy access to 2/3/4/5 trains, and excellent dining and services on Washington and Franklin Avenues. Plus just a short walk from Prospect Park.

Price includes all utilities, as well as a weekly clean from our cleaner (which is our preference to keep the apartment in good condition)

I'm a journalist, musician and lifelong New Yorker. My wife is a graphic designer originally from Mexico City. We have rented in this building for 15 years and are currently raising our 6 month old here. We often travel to Mexico to visit family during the winter months, and often sublease the apartment for several months at a time. It is a legal sublet approved by the management.
