Only one other housemate to share the 2,100 square foot home with. I am the sole tenant and also the owner of the home. I am a single female in my 50s. I have owned the home for 15 years and have lovingly restored it. I work full time at a local plant nursery so I am gone a lot. I love animals. The home is very quiet and I am very clean. I work hard so bedtime is early for me. Most of my free time is spent gardening, enjoying my neighborhood or taking day trips to the mountain or coast.
