Gorgeous 2 bedroom/1 bath Spacious Loft in South Slope:

Isubletting while away from now- April 22nd. It's $1200 a week. No big changes in dates. All bills and high speed wifi included. There is a possibility to stay longer if you only occupy the downstairs bedroom when I return.

SPACE
1300 sq feet, 2 levels. Newly renovated Loft with Balcony with city views, I am big cooker so I have a fully Stocked Kitchen and spices etc are free to use. I also have top of the line pots, pans and good equipment that is spacious and roomy to cook in. There are 2 furnished modern bedrooms. The very large primary bedroom is upstairs and smaller one downstairs. Tons of space and very very quiet apartment building and looking for quiet tenants who do not throw parties or have late nights. Great central heating and AC. The entire building has just been renovated!

AMENITIES
Buzzer with camera, Elevators, Roof top, personal balcony (with city views). In the basement, Gym, yoga room, pool table, movie area and hang out spaces and dog spa.

LOCATION
Neighborhood feel. 2 blocks from the R train @ Prospect Ave. 15 Min walk to Prospect Park. Everything you need within a block on a treelined neighborhood feeling place. There are bars, Mexican, diners, Drycleaning, liquour and grocery stores within a few mins.
