You will be renting the primary bedroom, which includes a private en suite bathroom with a shower (no tub) and a walk-in closet. Rent is $1,100 per month, and all utilities are included with no surprise charges.

I am a man in my thirties, a full-time virtual high school teacher and writer. I also tutor, teach at an international school, and grade AP exams, all online. I teach literature, writing, and film classes. I work long hours and keep things low-key at home. I am social, but most of that happens outside the house and on weekends. On weekdays, I often teach in the late evening and will usually be in my room working. This is a clean and quiet space, and I am looking for someone with a similar lifestyle. Ideally, you do not work from home full time. Students and hybrid workers are welcome. No pets, please.

The bedroom will be unfurnished, but you are welcome to use the dresser shown in the photos if helpful. The living room couch will be replaced with a new grey couch before move-in.
