We have a room opening up in our spacious, beautiful apartment on Eastern Parkway in Prospect Heights. The room is unfurnished and can fit either a queen bed and a desk, or a full bed + 2-seater couch + desk. There's a big built in closet.

The apartment itself has a huge living room with an 8-seater dining table and a large kitchen with lots of counter space, storage, a dishwasher and all the equipment/utensils that you need. We're currently on the market to replace our couch, but would be glad to add yours to the living room if you already have one. We share the bathroom and cleaning duties.

The building is literally steps away from the 2,3 subway, the Brooklyn Museum, the Brooklyn Botanic Gardens, the Brooklyn Public Library and Prospect Park. The neighborhood is friendly, quiet and full of restaurants, bars, and good grocery stores. I've never lived in a better location. The building has laundry in the basement and a reliable elevator. The home has good wi-fi.

Your roommates would be quiet, clean late 20 and early 30-somethings who mostly keep to themselves but like to chat in the common areas every now and then.

Our apartment is spacious enough that it's often hard to tell that anyone else is home. Myself (she/her), Nate (he/him), and Em (she/her) are often at our significant others' places/staying elsewhere.

We are proactive about cleaning, and I cook with some regularity. Nate and Em don't cook as much. Dishes don't get left in the sink overnight, counters get wiped down after use, and we're conscientious about keeping the bathroom clean.
