Rent includes all utilities except for wifi (I've been using a hotspot from my phone and it has worked well for me). There is a communal laundry room on the property (regular wash loads are $2.25 and drying is free), as well as central cooling & heating, all electric full kitchen, painter's/utility sink, and a bathroom with tub.

My apartment features a high ceiling in an open plan living/dining/kitchen/art studio area. It gets a lot of great sunlight since windows are South and North facing. It's pretty uncluttered & basically furnished keeping to my minimal lifestyle, but all the essentials you may need should be are available. The apartment is on the top second floor of a 10 unit apartment building, and you'll need to walk up stairs to get to the entrance (there are no elevators). Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am.

The neighborhood is centrally and conveniently located in a pretty industrial area so you're not quite secluded from the sounds & bustle of town, but you'll be in close driving distance to the Santa Fe mountains and walking distance to the Santa Fe river.

This would be best suited for one self sufficient, clean, quiet, non-smoking person, as the apartment is a non smoking property. There is one designated parking spot. No pets, large gatherings, parties, or overnight guests are allowed at this moment.
