This room will be furnished, subletting my room while i'm traveling. look at the 1st photo.

Room #2 December 1st ~ 2026 June 30th (dates are flexible)
This room will be unfurnished. look at the last two photos for the layout. The furniture will be emptied completely.

- You: shouldn't be allergic to cats, we have a friendly cat and we put the litter box in the bathroom.

- Co-living space (kitchen/living room/bathroom/roof garden) are furnished

• Apt: 2nd floor in a townhouse with 1bath/kitchen/living room/roof shared. sun drenched apt with lots of windows.

• Location: 5min walk from classon G stop. clinton hill~bedford in brooklyn

-No smoking, drug use, party- I prefer to have someone who is clean, neat, and respects the house rules.

-In a quiet neighborhood within easy walking to assorted local restaurants, coffee shops, grocery, laundry, bars, etc.

- Rent: $1550 per month ( + Security deposit $1550 needs to be paid to secure a room, 100% refundable on move-out date without any damage to the space)

- Utilities are gas, electricity, wifi (usually goes over $100)

- Rental requirements: paystub, photo id. if you're a student but will ask for more documents
