My roommate is leaving and I am looking for someone to take over her room for the short term with the option to extend if it's a good fit. I have lived here for two years and put great care into the space. I work from home in international environmental policy but travel a lot for work and am away from the house a good amount. Looking for someone who is clean, respectful of space and balances doing their own thing with engaging in a home space.

Initial rental with option to extend on a month to month basis through September 2026. Rent does not include utilities or Wi-Fi. Security deposit of one months rent required for extended stay, small $200 security deposit for one month rental to be returned on leaving. Initial meeting via video chat or in person.
