Hello! I recently signed a lease on 2 bedroom + 1 office duplex apartment with a balcony and private rooftop in Crown Heights and am looking for a roommate for a short-term sublet through the end of November before my fiancé moves in.

Term:
- Move in: Flexible - Anytime in March or April
- Move out: End of Nov

- Top floor of a 5 story building
- In unit washer dryer
- New appliances
- Duplex layout across two floors
1st floor: Kitchen, living room, bathroom, 2 bedrooms, balcony
2nd floor: private rooftop, office space

The apartment is currently in the process of being furnished and the living room and kitchen will have all essential furniture and appliances you can use. The furnished photos are from the previous owner (I took down the floral wallpapers). I will send you a video of the full space.

Your private space (two options!):
You have the option to choose between:
- Option 1: Primary bedroom
- Option 2: 2nd bedroom + 2nd floor office
Note: The 2nd bedroom is an interior room with a window that receives light through the 1st bedroom

- 10 mins walk to A,C train (Nostrand Av. stop)
- 13 min walk to 4,5,2,3 train (Franklin Av-Medgar Evers College stop)
- 9 min walk to S shuttle (Park Pl stop)

About me (Who you will be living with):
I'm a chill working professional female in my early 30s. I keep a clean, calm home and typically go into the office 2-3 days during the week. I also have a very sweet dog (Jindo mix) who is very calm, friendly and bit cat-like.
