About Your Sanctuary:
Step into a thoughtfully furnished studio with its own private entrance. The space features a fully equipped kitchenette with a standard refrigerator, microwave, two-burner hot plate, and all the dishes and utensils you'll need for easy living. While a garden-level unit, you'll appreciate the natural light filtering through four small windows. There's ample storage with two closets (one a generous walk-in) and a pantry, plus a spacious, comfortable bathroom.

We've got your comfort covered! All utilities are included, even high-speed internet and popular streaming services like Netflix and Hulu. Fresh linens and towels are provided. For laundry, a shared washer/dryer is available; we'll simply coordinate usage.

Please note: this is a non-smoking/non-vaping unit, and while we adore animals, we can't accommodate pets. An outdoor bench offers a lovely spot to enjoy the fresh air. The unit has controlled heating and stays relatively cool, with fans provided as there's no air conditioning.

We're seeking quiet, responsible, non-smoking individuals who are also tidy. Short-term rentals, two month minimum and one year max.
