Serene studio apartment in a charming pre-war elevator building, 1 block south of Fort Greene Park available for 10 day sublet!

Lots of afternoon sun from west facing casement windows. Low key building community with friendly, 24 hour doormen in the center of the loveliest neighborhood in Brooklyn (or anywhere, really, if you ask me). Endless restaurant, grocery, and cafe options... minutes to BAM and most of the city's train lines.

Queen sized bed, small desk, eat-in, well appointed kitchen w/ small dishwasher & space for 3 to dine comfortably. There is shared laundry in the building basement. I have a window AC unit, and an air purifier.

Looking for a respectful person (or couple) who will treat my place, plants, and the building community with care. Will consider a dog, no cats (sorry!). Minimum sublet period of 5 days, w/ preference to folks that are interested in the full 10 day period of Friday, August 29th to Sunday, September 7th.
