The office is currently used by a psychoanalyst and would be perfect for psychotherapists. It's size (500 square feet) makes it ideal for groups or classes. It has also been used as a writing studio and would work for creative professionals wanting a workday (or two) away from home.

The space has beautiful arched ceilings and two large windows with views of skyline/Brooklyn Bridge. Features include keyless entry, split A/C, Fios high speed internet, separate storage space with fridge and water cooler and regular cleaning service. It is situated on the top (10th) floor of a historic cast iron building with 24/7 security and 3 elevators. The office and the building are quiet and have a live-in super. The Fulton St. subway station (A, C, J, Z, 2, 3, 4, 5) abuts the building entrance.

Currently available for rent Tuesday through Sunday. (This is a monthly rental - If you rent Tuesdays for example, you get all of the Tuesdays falling within that month).

Rates are $400-$600 depending on the day. Partial days and short-term situations will be considered and discounts given for multiple days.

*Office will not be available on Fridays until Dec 15. All other days available starting Nov. 15.
