About this Lister

My name is Khadija Bangoura. I am a Burlington born, Brooklyn based theatre and teaching artist. My passion is building community through storytelling. I am interested in giving back to my community through teaching, activism, and my own artistry.

Background and Expertise

I am a Playwright with a BFA in Theatre Arts from Boston University. My plays have been performed in festivals and readings in Boston and New York. Additionally, I am a teaching artist with a focus in teaching writing. I have published anthologies of my student's work.

I also received a certificate in creative writing from the Hellenic International School for the Arts in Paros, Greece.
