The top level features the bedroom and the private rooftop. The bottom level has the office/studio room (could also be used as a second bedroom), the kitchen, living room and bathroom. There's a fold up twin bed available for use as well.

The apartment is in a quiet, elevator building on a tree-lined street. The B/Q trains at Newkirk Plaza are just a 5 min. walk from the building.
