I'm subletting my beautiful room and studio in a three person apartment in Hell's Kitchen.

The rent is for two attached rooms- an 8x10 bedroom with a full size bed and closet, and a 12x14 office/studio with a fireplace and big windows.

The rooms make up the front half of the apartment, has a private entrance/exit and feels very separate from the rest of the house. The apartment is a 1930s railroad layout which means you must enter a separate part of the apartment (through a different front door down the hall) to get to the kitchen and bathroom (charming! funny! great excuse to wear a robe!).

The neighborhood is close to lots of transit at Times Square and Port Authority, near the west side ferry dock and a 20 minute walk to Central Park. Our cross streets are 46th and 9th.

My roomates are two sweet queer men who are quiet and work mainly outside of the house. We are all in our mid thirties and value cleanliness and are quietness at home. Rent include all utilities and wifi. We ask that people who sublet don't have guests over to the apartment.
