Unfortunately have to leave this great apartment early to be a little closer to family.
This is an awesome 2-bedroom apartment in the heart of Bushwick. This place has everything you need, and the location is prime Bushwick.
*May-August would be a sublet, and starting on September 1st, the new lease begins.*
About the Apartment
This second-floor apartment is comfortable with central heat and AC, high ceilings, and beautiful hardwood floors throughout. The building features a virtual doorman to easily let in deliveries and guests. The bedrooms are on opposite sides of the apartment, so you'll have tons of privacy, and both rooms get amazing natural light all day.
The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, a large gas range, a built-in microwave, and a dishwasher - perfect for those who love to cook or simply want the convenience.
The washer and dryer are in the basement.
The Location
On the corner of Wilson and Troutman. You're surrounded by a lot of bars, restaurants, and shops that everyone's talking about - I personally love Roberta's Pizza and Carmenta's. There's a huge grocery store literally a block away, and it's right next to a park.
Transportation is super easy too - just a few minutes walk to the Morgan or Jefferson L stops, or the Central M. You can get anywhere in the city without any hassle. The B60 bus is great for getting into Williamsburg or Ridgewood.
I love living in this neighborhood and have enjoyed making this apartment feel like home, but unfortunately need to move closer to my family.
My existing roommate is looking for someone responsible and easygoing to share the space with. He’s a 31 year old gay guy and has lived in this apartment with a close friend for fours years. His work schedule's split between days working on photography sets, and some days working from home.
What I'm Looking For
Someone clean, respectful, and who generally does their own thing. Ideally someone who is a part of the LGBTQ community. It's important that the potentially renter is generally quiet, doesn’t have a pet, and doesn’t bring the party home.
To be approved by the management, you must submit a photo ID/ source of income
