Bright, spacious, and unfurnished room that comfortably fits a queen bed and desk. French doors open directly to the garden, bringing in great natural light. Two closets (one walk-in inside the room, one just outside—perfect for linens or extra storage). Private bathroom includes a standing shower and separate bathtub.
The House:
Charming 1920s Spanish-style home on a quiet street in Pasadena. The layout offers privacy—you’ll be on one side of the house, I’m on the other. Located about 5 minutes from CalTech and The Huntington Gardens.
Shared amenities include central air and heat, washer/dryer, off-street parking, garage storage, a shared office space with storage, and a beautiful backyard and patio. Friends are welcome occasionally, always with a quick check-in. Peace and mutual respect are priorities here.

The home has a calm, creative, and minimalist feel. It’s generally quiet and well-suited for someone who enjoys a peaceful, grounded living environment. Shared spaces are kept clean, uncluttered, and thoughtfully maintained. This is more of a recharge-at-home kind of space than a social hub—ideal for focused weekdays and relaxed evenings.
